Join us for a dynamic matchmaking event designed to connect technology leaders and innovators. Here’s how you can make the most of the Access2Tech event:
Step 1: Register
Click the "Register" button to secure your spot at the event. Early registration ensures you get full access to all event features. Please note that this event is accessible only to those who have received an invitation.
Step 2: Create your business profile
Increase your visibility by creating a compelling business profile on the b2match platform. You may want to address:
- Who you are and what your company represents
- What you can offer to potential partners
- The type of connections you are looking to make
Step 3: Explore participants
Send meeting requests to those you are interested in connecting with during the event.
Step 4: Attend the pitching event
On May 28, join us at ARENA NEXT (SPS Italia, Fiere di Parma) from 14h30 to 16h00 CEST for pitch sessions. Post-pitches, continue the conversation at our stand or schedule further discussions through the app.
If you want to take advantage of some follow-up meetings once the fair is over, you will be allowed to plan 1:1s until 7 June! Access your personal schedule and meetings under "My Agenda" or "Meetings" sections on the platform. Ensure your device’s camera and microphone are working properly to facilitate smooth virtual interactions.
Step 5: Initiate Meetings
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
Please note: the possibility of scheduling 1:1 meetings will be extended even after the event has ended. For this reason, we will offer our EIT Manufacturing stand at the fair (7, B006) to allow meetings to take place over the three days.
